📋 Description
• Manage and mentor a team of 5-12 Account Executives • Lead recruitment and onboarding for the Midwest region • Drive regional revenue target and identify high-value enterprise opportunities • Join key client meetings to provide executive presence • Maintain CRM integrity and oversee pipeline management
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in Enterprise Sales • 3+ years of direct people management experience • Proven track record of hitting $5M+ annual quotas • Power-user of CRMs (HubSpot preferred) • Comfortable leveraging AI tools for prospecting, research, and outreach • Proven ability in ambiguous, fast-paced environments • Exceptional presence for pitching or delivering feedback
