📋 Description

• Scout for vendor partners in NE for high-quality Women's Outerwear production • Pitch and onboard vendor partners quickly, ensuring their ability to scale • Drive excellence in partner operations and expand supplier base • Manage capacity at supplier and style level • Source materials for improved product cost and quality • Solid open costing breakdown experience for negotiating with vendors • Act as an ambassador to all partners • Drive for higher hit-rate launches through product excellence • Lead at multiple levels across diverse stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years sourcing and merchandising experience in Women’s apparel categories, specifically in Women's Outerwear • Consumer-focused and ambitious • Self-motivated and quick learner • Detail-oriented • Strong analytical mindset • Continuous learner with a proactive attitude • Supply Chain or Operations background • Excellent interpersonal skills
