📋 Description

• Lead high-quality delivery across multiple Dynamics programs • Provide oversight and maintain strong program execution, clear communication, and high customer satisfaction • Proactively manage risks, escalations, and dependencies across complex programs • Act as the primary point of contact for our largest accounts • Own the health of our implementation accounts, tracking KPIs, delivery quality, and client satisfaction • Mentor team members and help foster a strong, collaborative delivery environment

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in delivery leadership, program management, or consulting roles within ERP or business applications • Deep experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Dynamics 365 CE, or Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations • Strong understanding of financial processes, supply chain, or operational workflows within ERP systems • Experience overseeing large-scale, multi-phase digital transformation programs
