📋 Description

• Structure, integrate and clean datasets from different sources, ensuring quality, consistency and suitability for analytical use • Develop and maintain attribute books (feature catalogs), creating variables/features that increase the predictive power of the company’s statistical models • Perform statistical and computational analyses using techniques such as logistic regression, neural networks, cluster analysis, PCA and related methods • Automate steps in the data preparation and modeling process to reduce operational effort and improve efficiency and scalability • Apply Generative AI techniques to support data preparation, feature engineering, documentation, data querying and process automation • Support the development and continuous improvement of the analytical models used by the company • Prepare materials and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, communicating results and analyses clearly, concisely and in a structured manner

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Physics or related fields • Postgraduate degree or specialization in related areas is a plus • Experience manipulating and analyzing datasets • Experience with programming languages for statistical and computational analysis • Prior work experience in data analysis, statistical modeling or data science • Programming languages: Python, SQL and R • Practical knowledge and application of Machine Learning concepts • Statistical techniques for exploratory analysis and modeling • Application of Generative AI in analytical contexts and process automation • Strong organization, documentation and communication skills for technical results • Experience in feature engineering and predictive modeling projects is a plus • Ability to work with multiple data sources and complex contexts
