📋 Description
• Lead the global internal communications strategy • Build, motivate, and work alongside a high-performing team • Advise, present, and represent internal communications at the highest levels • Ensure every team member understands where QVC Group is headed • Partner with HR, Brand, and business unit leaders • Continuously modernize the communications toolkit • Lead communications for sensitive or complex moments • Stay ahead of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices
🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years of communications experience • Proven ability to partner with and counsel C-suite executives • Exceptional writing and editorial judgment • Experience leading communications through significant organizational change • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
