📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and finalise projects according to strict deadlines and within the allocated budget. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle. • Develop comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. • Coordinate and manage internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution. • Manage project budgets, track expenditure, and provide regular financial reports. • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and dependencies. • Ensure all project activities comply with industry standards and health and safety regulations. • Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management and key stakeholders. • Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, plans, and reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the landscaping, construction, or a related industry. • Demonstrable experience in managing projects remotely. • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. • Strong leadership and team management capabilities. • Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. • Proficient in using project management software and tools. • A solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • A degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable. • Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
