📋 Description

• Define and manage the timeline for enterprise-wide, multi-module deployments • Work with Data Integration Specialists, Clinical Operation Consultants, and Product Specialists throughout each deployment • Collaborate with external client teams to understand evolving requirements/needs • Provide technical project leadership to manage the full deployment lifecycle • Build and manage relationships at multiple levels of client organizations • Identify and mitigate risks and advise Delivery team leaders on project opportunities and risks • Identify process improvement opportunities and create structured approaches

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project/program management • 5+ years professional experience working at a top healthcare consulting firm, digital health company, or health system • Proven track record in applying strong quantitative and analytical skills in prior hospital systems (eg. EHR implementations) • Deep domain knowledge in PAT perioperative metrics, processes, challenges, and solutions • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels • Hands-on experience and proficiency with tools such as data validation dashboards, interpreting JAVA/SQL code, complex Excel functions, etc. • A systems thinker who balances big-picture vision with attention to detail • Passion for real-world impact and solving meaningful problems • Ability to travel up to 25%-50%
