📋 Description

• Plan and manage an engaging onboarding experience for new members of an AI learning community • Develop content concepts and implement initiatives to drive community engagement • Encourage and moderate discussions on AI-related specialist topics within the community and across social media channels • Support project management for the creation of learning content, such as videos and e-learning courses • Support marketing activities, particularly on LinkedIn and Instagram • Create original video content focused on professional development in AI • Monitor performance, manage crises where necessary, and moderate negative comments • Continuously improve member satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent online community moderation skills • In-depth understanding of how to foster connections between people through online media • Enthusiasm for conceptual work and strategy development in social media and community management • Ideally, you enjoy being in front of the camera to produce video content and moderate live Zoom calls • Knowledge of common video content editing and animation tools, especially Canva • A proactive approach to new challenges • German and English proficiency at C1 level • A passion for AI and digital communication
