📋 Description

• Project management and technical advising of the client on infrastructure measures (rail, bridges, roads or power grids) across all project phases according to AHO No. 9 "Project Management in Construction". • Independent leadership: Depending on your experience, you can immediately or in the future independently lead major projects and manage your own project teams. • Efficient coordination of all project participants through careful stakeholder coordination. • Control and adapt: You maintain an overview of the project and ensure optimal results. • Reliable documentation: Thorough project documentation and regular reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, project management, transport engineering, infrastructure management or a comparable qualification — or several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in construction execution for rail, road or power grid expansion. • Committed, independent and structured working style. • Strong communication skills and client-oriented approach. • Experience with common project management methods. • High adaptability to changing requirements, priorities and environments. • Willingness to travel within Germany as required by projects. • Basic knowledge of contract law, e.g., HOAI, VOL/VOB, BGB. • Proficiency in established industry software solutions.
