📋 Description

• Support AI feature development for retrieval, ranking, categorization, and generative AI on unstructured healthcare data • Participate in AI projects from requirements gathering through deployment, supporting stakeholders and delivering models/software with guidance • Assist in model implementation and build reliable AI systems for production, learning monitoring and operational practices • Implement models under guidance from senior team members and help build systems that measure AI performance • Apply established methodologies using appropriate evaluation datasets, metrics, and model architectures to connect AI solutions to business outcomes • Collaborate closely with product managers, senior engineers, and other team members to integrate AI capabilities and share knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with AI/ML systems in production environments, including exposure to search, ranking, or generative AI applications • Familiarity with prototyping new AI solutions and contributing to projects that moved from concept to implementation • Understanding of AI development lifecycle components, from model selection through basic productionization • Growing experience in connecting technical modeling work with business value through collaboration with stakeholders • Hands-on experience with tools like PyTorch and TensorFlow • Experience working with pre-trained models from platforms like Hugging Face • Exposure to deployment tools such as Databricks, AWS Bedrock, or Azure ML • Advantage: relevant advanced degree (master's or PhD) in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related field
