📋 Description
• Develop regular and ad hoc presentations for client executives, highlighting key updates, performance insights, and client needs. • Conduct analytics to communicate overall performance and address specific client or operational focus areas. • Partner with R1 customer operations teams to align objectives, assess performance, and develop remediation plans for identified risks. • Support action plans that improve operational and metric performance by addressing key drivers, risks, and barriers. • Collaborate with R1 functional leaders on daily operations across assigned hospital(s). • Support projects that improve operational performance metrics. • Create standardized analysis and presentation templates that can be leveraged across clients. • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. • Minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a management role. • Deep Revenue Cycle Management or healthcare operations experience. • Strong EPIC proficiency. • Proven ability to lead teams, execute strategic plans, and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
