📋 Description

• Lead a team of AI, data, and full-stack engineers to deliver AI-native products. • Define the organizational structure and necessary functions to cultivate a high-performing team. • Work closely with product, engineering, AI research, and data science teams. • Spearhead innovation in 0->1 product areas by exploring and implementing new AI technologies. • Champion agile methodologies and DevOps practices within the team. • Contribute to building an inclusive and diverse team and culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience hiring and leading teams as an engineering manager • Knowledge and experience leading teams building products such as Search, Ranking, or generative AI products at a significant scale • Excitement and curiosity for 0->1 product development • Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Kotlin, or C#. • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure). • Experience in healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is a plus.
