📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure timely and accurate remediation of data integrity issues. • Collaborate with internal and external customers and providers to ensure timely and accurate completion of patient charts. • Support all areas of HIM operations as needed • Oversee and/or monitor one or more HIM functions. • Communicate directly with all hospital departments and staff to resolve medical record errors. • Collaborate across multiple internal and external departments to ensure resolution of errors.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience within the HIM field, preferably in chart analysis. • Strong Microsoft application skills • A drive to understand and troubleshoot, and a strong analytic mindset to deliver problem solving • Revenue Cycle and/or Healthcare EMR experience • A collaborative mentality and ability to interact across multiple teams • Ability to think outside the box to drive process improvement • Ability to multi-task and independently manage project demands in a dynamic environment
