📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and data models in Snowflake • Build scalable, reusable, well-QA’d datasets • Partner with data engineering to ensure data integrity and efficiency • Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies • Apply deep knowledge of revenue cycle operations • Build and maintain physician data models in Epic • Own end-to-end development of Power BI dashboards • Conduct root-cause assessments on operational performance issues

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Revenue Cycle Management healthcare analytics • Hands-on Epic experience, ideally with the Clarity data model and physician (PB) billing data • Expert SQL skills in Snowflake, T-SQL, or Microsoft SQL, including joins, stored procedures, and data quality testing • Proven ability to build and maintain Power BI dashboards end-to-end • Solid working knowledge of Excel, including functions and data manipulation • Demonstrated critical thinking and self-directed problem solving; comfortable using AI/LLMs to accelerate work, while testing and validating output • 2+ years of leadership experience, formal or informal; the role has no direct reports at hire but is intended to grow into people leadership as the service line scales
