📋 Description

• Lead efforts in reporting, analysis, automation, and quality assurance – delivering high-impact solutions. • Design and deliver recurring Power BI and ad-hoc Excel reports to stakeholders. • Acquire and manage data from internal and external sources. • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. • Support strategic initiatives with data-driven recommendations. • Utilize development tools such as SQL Server, Snowflake, Databricks, and Git. • Identify and implement process enhancements to improve quality, efficiency, and accuracy. • Design and develop AI-powered agents to automate insight generation and reporting workflows. • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure scalable and maintainable data structures. • Establish and enforce validation standards for data integrity and report accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in an analytics role with complex datasets. • Background in healthcare, finance, or operations analytics. • Expert in SQL on any platform, including Snowflake/T-SQL/Microsoft SQL (must pass proficiency test). • Advanced experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). • Familiarity with Epic data structures and healthcare data systems. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Familiar with cloud-based data warehouse (Snowflake, Databricks). • Proficiency with Git for version control and collaborative development workflows. • Excellent communication and presentation abilities. • Attention to detail and commitment to data quality. • Familiarity with relational databases and large-scale data environments. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot CLI) and demonstrated ability to leverage AI models for analytics and automation.
