📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance R1's Business Intelligence toolset • Maintain and develop Snowflake backend SQL queries, functions, and stored procedures • Build and enhance reporting across multiple channels • Leverage AI agents and AI-assisted tooling to accelerate development • Manage development work within an Agile/sprint framework • Serve as a technical resource and mentor to fellow developers

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a BI/Power BI developer role • Strong expertise in Snowflake SQL and Microsoft Power BI • Advanced DAX skills for building robust reporting solutions • Experience with AI-assisted development and MCP integrations • Experience working in an Agile environment using Azure DevOps • Proficiency with GitHub version control • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Healthcare/revenue cycle experience preferred
