📋 Description

• Responsible for use case business case quantification by identifying the customer's business objectives and quantifying the benefits and ROI of use case implementation. • Lead and mentor Forward Deployed Process Consultants while ensuring alignment of team efforts with client goals and operating metrics. • Collaborate with Forward Deployed Process Consultants to create product roadmap, future state process flows, and implementation plan. • Support the development of training and change management plans to drive the adoption of best practices. • Provide technical product and operational leadership throughout the solution lifecycle. • Evaluate emerging operational and technical opportunities and assess and recommend future use case business cases. • Ensure proactive issue resolution and continuous improvement in service delivery. • Support the Forward Deployed Process Consultants with the development of sustainable mechanisms to monitor KPIs and SLAs that provide measurable value creation and performance tracking for steady state operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with healthcare operations or enterprise software environments preferred. • Adept with AI tools and enthusiastic about the convergence of technology and operations. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
