• Monitor and optimize AI-powered channels by reviewing conversations, testing prompts, identifying friction points, and generating recommendations to improve performance and conversion. • Conduct merchant outreach, including sales calls and customer interviews, to drive offer conversion, understand customer behavior, gather market insights, and identify growth opportunities. • Support the execution and performance tracking of marketing campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, In-App, and AI-driven channels, ensuring high-quality delivery and operational excellence. • Assist in creating marketing assets, presentations, business reviews, and partner-facing materials while helping maintain documentation, processes, and process tracking.
• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously • Curious about AI, automation, growth, product marketing, and fintech • Comfortable working with data, metrics, and performance reporting • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English. • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment. • Nice to Have: Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other AI tools • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Customer.io or similar • Experience with Figma, Canva, or presentation design • Interest in fintech, SaaS, or technology startups.
