📋 Description
• Provide support to clients through different channels. • Assist in the daily operational processes that connect Product, Finance, and Operations and comply with SLA. • Support data validation and reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy across systems. • Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to identify process improvements and automation opportunities. • Help build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key business and operational metrics. • Contribute to the implementation of new product features from an operational and financial perspective. • Participate in testing and validating new tools or processes before rollout. • Support the creation and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Help identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to enhance our internal operations.
🎯 Requirements
• Student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role at a tech, fintech, or financial institution. • Intermediate proficiency in Excel (experience with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial operations, and data management. • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Curious and proactive — you enjoy learning new tools, understanding how things work, and improving them. • Team player with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. • Excited about R2’s mission and motivated by the challenge of working in a dynamic start-up environment.
