📋 Description

• Lead the design of scalable, secure, and resilient Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, and VDI architectures. • Develop high-level and low-level designs, implementation plans, test plans, and migration strategies. • Execute complex deployments, upgrades, and migrations of Citrix solutions including Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Workspace app, Provisioning Services (PVS), Machine Creation Services (MCS), NetScaler, and profile management. • Lead large-scale customer engagements with ownership of project architecture, technical quality, deliverables, and timelines. • Act as the highest-tier escalation point for Citrix and VDI-related issues. • Provide expert guidance on best practices, performance optimization, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and operational excellence. • Partner with customer leadership teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. • Deliver workshops, design sessions, and knowledge-transfer activities. • Produce clear documentation, including architecture diagrams, runbooks, operational guides, and executive-level summaries.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop or VDI-focused projects. • Expert-level knowledge of Citrix technologies: Virtual Apps & Desktops, Workspace Environment Management (WEM), Director, NetScaler Gateway, PVS/MCS, StoreFront. • Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory/GPO, AVD or other cloud VDI solutions, and supporting infrastructure. • Advanced troubleshooting skills across Citrix, VDI, networking, storage, and virtualization (VMware Required, OpenStack Desired). • Proven experience leading complex enterprise implementations and migrations. • Strong communication skills, including experience presenting to technical and executive audiences.
