📋 Description

• Perform BPL diligence activities to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality product delivery. • Review and analyze assigned loan files and diligence outputs for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to internal processes and external requirements. • Monitor personal workload and production metrics and escalate risks or delays as appropriate. • Collaborate with peers, process partners, and leadership for smooth workflow execution and issue resolution. • Identify process gaps, errors, or inefficiencies and provide recommendations to support continuous improvement efforts. • Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree Requirement: HS Diploma or GED • Work Experience: 2 or more years of prior residential mortgage-related experience (origination underwriting/processing, or secondary market due diligence) • Strong familiarity with Lender guidelines • Knowledge of all standard mortgage documents and the critical data points contained therein (legal, valuation, title, insurance, application, settlement statement, disclosures) • Experience working within origination LOS and/or due diligence systems. • Proficiency in performing basic income and asset calculations as well as credit report analysis • Strong analytical skills with emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy.
