📋 Description

• Responsible for assisting with financial reporting, planning, and analysis functions. • Prepare and maintain monthly management reporting including financial results and key metrics. • Assist with financial planning activities such as forecasting and sensitivity analyses. • Work with FP&A leaders to understand key business drivers and provide insights. • Assist with capital planning modeling and analysis across the company. • Present findings clearly to varied audiences across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience. • 4 or more years of prior work related experience. • Strong financial experience in forecasting (Income Statement/Balance Sheet), P&L analysis, reporting, financial modeling, portfolio analysis required. • Prior experience in the Mortgage Industry / Financial Services industry and FP&A, Quantitative Finance or Risk Management preferred. • Advanced Excel skills, including keyboard shortcuts, macros, and formulas (INDEX-MATCH, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP). • Familiarity with Oracle Hyperion / PBCS, Tableau, SAS, and Alteryx preferred. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
