• Serve as the business owner and strategic lead for the Scheduling & Capacity ecosystem. • Define the business vision, operating objectives, and success measures for scheduling and capacity management. • Focus on outcomes such as coverage reliability, productivity, cost discipline, forecast accuracy, and reduced operational friction. • Act as the primary bridge between operations and technology, translating business problems, constraints, and tradeoffs into clear priorities for IT, analytics, and product teams. • Guide sequencing and scope to ensure solutions are pragmatic, scalable, and deliver tangible operational value. • Partner closely with Operations leadership, Practice Directors, Finance, Analytics, Compensation, and Change Management.
• 7+ years of experience in operations strategy, management consulting, business leadership, or product‑adjacent roles • Strong track record of owning complex, cross‑functional initiatives from problem definition through execution and sustained results. • Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required. • Demonstrated ability to frame ambiguous business problems, develop clear points of view, and drive structured decision‑making using data, judgment, and stakeholder input. • Strong business and financial acumen, with experience translating analytical insights into operational decisions, tradeoffs, and action plans that improve efficiency, performance, or user experience at scale. • Experience working with technology, analytics, or AI‑enabled solutions as a thoughtful partner and customer (not necessarily as a builder). • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage executives, operators, and technical teams alike.
