📋 Description

• Ensure the smooth running of the People & Culture Department • Manage and deliver all areas of department responsibility to high standards • Maximize guest service and team experience • Respond positively to enquiries and resolve problems • Develop and implement people and culture initiatives aligned with hotel targets • Manage and review the team lifecycle within the hotel • Foster a culture of growth, development, and performance • Own the People & Culture budget and training plan • Facilitate team performance evaluation with management • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and business partners • Review employee resourcing, compensation, development, training, and succession plans • Provide recommendations to enhance individual and company performance • Ensure compliance with legislation and due diligence requirements • Plan, deliver, document, and follow up on activities for internal and external audits

• Vietnamese only • Proven experience in HR • Strong problem-solving capabilities • Excellent leadership skills • Hands-on, lead-by-example work style • Commitment to exceptional guest service • Passion for the hospitality industry • Ability to find creative solutions and offer advice and recommendations • Personal integrity • Ability to work in an environment demanding excellence, time, and energy
