• Convert booking enquiries into sales • Anticipate and deliver all aspects of the guest journey and experience • Maximize sales and profitability by monitoring consumer demand and upselling • Achieve sales targets • Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction • Support the smooth running of the reservations department • Deliver exceptional and memorable guest experiences • Collaborate with the reservations team to provide high-quality service
