📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategies for legislative, regulatory, and policy advocacy • Develop programs ensuring internal awareness of applicable legislation and proposed regulations • Support external government advocacy efforts, including consultants, favorable policies and regulations, incentive funding, crisis management, outreach programs, and initiatives aligned with business objectives • Write briefings and prepare and deliver presentations to regulators, government officials, and industry associations • Anticipate business challenges and obstacles as public policy, regulatory, and political landscapes evolve • Inform corporate strategies, policies, programs, and plans to align with emerging laws, regulations, and standards • Build and maintain relationships with federal, state, and local government entities and agencies • Represent Intel before governmental bodies, intergovernmental institutions, industry associations, and professional organizations • Develop and facilitate high-level meetings with congressional, regulatory, industry association, and partner stakeholders • Provide subject matter expertise in specific policy areas

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Law, Economics, International Relations, or a related field • 8+ years of relevant experience in government affairs, public policy, regulatory affairs, or legislative advocacy • Demonstrated experience engaging with government officials, regulatory bodies, industry associations, and other external stakeholders • Strong understanding of legislative and regulatory processes, policy analysis, and government advocacy strategies • Experience developing policy briefs, executive briefings, presentations, and stakeholder engagement plans • Strong communication, relationship-building, analytical, and influencing skills • Ability to anticipate policy and regulatory risks and translate developments into actionable business recommendations • Must live and work from India • Remote work from any other country is not permitted
