📋 Description

• Process site payments accurately and on time • Run the Grants Payable accounting process, including cash and project-specific reconciliations • Prepare tax and transparency reporting, including Sunshine Act reporting • Participate in financial month-end closing and address audit-related queries • Maintain and validate vendor master data • Handle site payment queries with the company bank and relevant WCT departments • Assist with tutoring new hires • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Finance or Economics or equivalent • At least 3 years of working experience in financial operations or accounting • Competence in building and owning vendor relationships regarding invoicing and payments, including handling problematic cases • Qualified knowledge of financial software applications and databases • Relevant ERP experience is ideal • Strong Microsoft Excel skills • Proficiency in all other MS-Office applications • Strong organizational and self-motivation skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Understanding of best business practices, process improvement, and internal controls • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • English language proficiency • Ability to use initiative and work independently • Good interpersonal skills and ability to interface with all levels of management • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
