📋 Description

• Report prior-year/current-year category performance across all initiatives • Conduct monthly reviews of Building Blocks delivery top line and performance per customer • Review category forecasts for discrepancies, trends, and assumptions • Sense-check bottom-up value forecasts at an aggregated level against value calculations based on financial aggregated rates • Provide content for reviewing historical performance, assumptions, risks, and opportunities • Finalize unconstrained demand forecasts after category demand reviews • Forecast KPIs including Forecast Accuracy (FCA), Forecast Value Add (FCVA), and Forecast Bias (FB) • Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to support informed business decisions • Work directly with clients and cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and insights

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent understanding of demand planning • Knowledge of Customer Business Development processes • Strong analytical mindset • Problem-solving skills • Organization skills and attention to detail • Hands-on demand planning experience: 3 to 5 years for A4 level or 5 to 7 years for B1 level
