📋 Description

• Support the smooth running of the revenue management department • Manage and handle all hotel reservations and meeting and events enquiries • Maximize guest satisfaction and comfort through proactive enquiry handling and problem resolution • Develop and implement strategies based on identified revenue management metrics • Communicate and deliver key revenue management metrics • Manage the team lifecycle, fostering growth, development, and performance • Manage the departmental budget and control costs and inventory • Attain productivity and performance targets • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders • Review and scrutinize business performance • Provide recommendations to improve financial performance • Ensure legislative compliance and complete due diligence and best-practice activities • Plan, deliver, document, and follow up on activities for internal and external audits
