📋 Description

• Understand target audiences through research and interviews • Conduct keyword, content, and competitor research • Design content plans and determine which parts the AI will handle • Revise and optimize texts • Build and operate AI content workflows • Work closely with Senior Strategists • Publish content in CMS platforms like Webflow and WordPress • Propose ideas to improve workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in SEO and content work • Enthusiasm for AI workflows and automation – wants to build systems • Deep understanding of target audiences • Knowledge of SEO basics and relevant tools (e.g., Semrush, Google Search Console, SurferSEO) • Experience with tools like AirOps, n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar tools is a plus • Rapid ability to learn new topics • Fluent in German and English, strong written skills in both languages.
