📋 Description
• Strategic lead and performance driver within the content and SEO team • Understand clients' target audiences • Work closely with sales and product teams • Identify topics and niches for editorial calendars • Manage client communications • Design and optimize lead magnets • Content strategy and creation • Publish content in various CMS (Webflow, WordPress) • Use performance tracking and reporting.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or growth marketing with demonstrable results • You think in metrics • Strategic mindset • You are passionate about high-quality content for diverse audiences • Good understanding of relevant tools (Semrush, Google Search Console) • Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or SurferSEO • Strong communication skills • Fluent in German and English
