📋 Description

• Support repeatable legal processes, including data privacy, W-8BEN filings, trademarks registration, and other corporate processes. • Provide timely, high quality legal support to teams across Railsware, covering team requests, onboarding activities, and product or project related legal questions. • Prepare, draft, review, and maintain legal documents such as agreements and policies. • Support the company's compliance processes. • Conduct legal research on a range of legal matters as they come up. • Support the legal side of our cooperation with clients and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Law • Understanding of core legal principles under EU and US law • Strong tech literacy, ability to learn new tools and systems quickly • Sharp attention to detail • Curiosity, proactive approach, and eagerness to learn • English: B2 or higher • Experience working in or around the IT sphere
