• Payments Reconciliation: Match payments in our bank account with outstanding invoices. • Collections Strategy: Summarize new and ongoing repayments issues; design and execute strategies. • Invoice Reconciliation and Customer Balance Review: Address and resolve customer inquiries. • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable aging. • Credit Assessment: Evaluate credit risk of new and existing employers. • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance operations team. • Collaboration: Work closely with finance, customer success, implementations, and other departments.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in an analytical or operational role • 2+ years managing people • Strong organizational skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • 99th percentile for attention to detail • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficient in MS Office Suite and G-Suite, particularly Excel and Google Sheets
