📋 Description
• Responsible for getting people into the Rainforest and Vertex orbit. • Drive meaningful, ongoing community engagement. • Own all promotional content for Vertex. • Source and develop panel topics. • Manage Vertex's social presence. • Work closely with the Senior Events Manager. • Find and recruit the right people into the funnel. • Own the Vertex Slack community. • Identify and execute on new community touchpoints. • Track community health metrics. • Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years in content marketing or community management, ideally a mix of the two. • Strong writing and communication skills. • An understanding of B2B SaaS audiences. • Love for vertical software. • A comfort level for being scrappy. • Opinions about what makes community work.
