📋 Description

• Contact 30-40 warm leads per day via phone, text, and Zoom. • Run 15-30 minute AI implementation calls on Zoom. • Qualify leads based on revenue, business type, goals, and readiness. • Schedule qualified prospects for consultation calls with our closer team. • Do confirmation calls on every closer appointment to drive show rates up. • Hit 25+ sets per week (5+ per day). • Keep CRM notes tight for the closer. • Participate in weekly team trainings and use the on-demand training center.

🎯 Requirements

• Sales experience (phone, Zoom, or in-person). • Comfortable making 30-40 outbound touches per day (calls, texts, DMs). • High energy and naturally warm on the phone and on camera. • Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and your own computer. • Available during USA business hours (8am-5pm). • Organized with CRM data entry. • Comfortable with performance-based pay. • Preferred: Experience in a setter, SDR, or BDR role. • Familiarity with AI, GoHighLevel, Close CRM, or similar tools. • Experience qualifying for high-ticket programs ($2,000+).
