📋 Description

• Serve as the liaison between business and IT teams by understanding business needs, identifying opportunities for new projects, and driving continuous improvement • Conduct feasibility studies and develop business cases to support strategic decision-making • Track projects throughout all phases: Initiation, Assessment and Discovery, Development, Delivery, and Handover to Operations • Ensure visibility into the team’s demands, tasks, and priorities, as well as project progress and deliverables under development • Monitor multidisciplinary teams, fostering alignment, collaboration, and adherence to deadlines • Demonstrate strong self-management by organizing activities, priorities, and deadlines independently and efficiently • Assess the technical feasibility of business requests during the discovery phase, anticipating risks, impacts, and dependencies • Ensure alignment between scope, timelines, quality, and the expectations of all stakeholders • Support the management and development of peers in the same role, contributing to knowledge sharing, best practices, and the team’s technical growth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field • Solid experience managing, tracking, and delivering IT projects • Technical knowledge to interface with development teams and understand architectures, integrations, and technology solutions • Ability to assess the technical feasibility and impacts of proposed solutions • Experience developing business cases, effort estimates, and cost-benefit analyses • Knowledge of project management methodologies—agile and/or traditional—as well as GUT analysis (or similar prioritization frameworks) and Rollout/Cutover plans • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Knowledge of CRM platforms, especially Salesforce (Sales and Service; Agentforce planned)
