📋 Description

• Support payroll operations across the U.S. • Ensure compliance with multi-state tax regulations • Resolve complex payroll issues • Support audit and correction activities • Audit employee tax setups • Manage payroll corrections and assist with ADP processing • Process timely payment of wages, salaries, bonuses, and deductions

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience performing payroll functions • Strong knowledge of US Payroll Tax Regulations • Ability to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, SAP) • Familiarity with labor and tax laws • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
