📋 Description
• Responsible for providing functional and technical support related to SAP Business One, including process analysis, requirements gathering and recommendations for improvements in line with system best practices. • Conduct in-person and remote training for key users and end users, focusing on enablement and operational autonomy. • Participate in system expansion projects, implementing new branches or companies (legal entities), including system parameterization and fiscal and accounting configurations. • Perform master and transactional data loads using DTW or similar tools. • Work on SAP Business One version migration projects, ensuring data integrity and operational continuity. • Carry out integrated testing, user acceptance testing and post-implementation follow-up. • Prepare functional and technical documentation, including manuals and configuration records. • Support the development team with scope validation, testing and clarification of requirements. • Interact with clients to identify improvements, address corrective and evolutionary requests, and support system operations.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an SAP Business One consultant • Proficiency in Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, Finance and Accounting modules • Knowledge of SAP B1 system parameterization and configuration • Ability to perform testing, user acceptance and validations with clients • Knowledge of SQL and HANA • Ability to interpret tax scenarios and business rules • Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
