• Execute the Omni Specialty and Professional sales strategy for IGK Hair • Achieve brand sales and profit plan by developing business strategies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop programs that maximize brand awareness and global growth. • Partner with SVP of Sales and Sr Director of Planning to develop key strategies to drive brand objectives and meet global sell-in goals. • Partner with Director of Trade and omni merchants to integrate sales and marketing activities and hit sell-through targets set by retailers. • Work with the Director of Trade and Brand Marketing to develop 360-degree launch plans and promotional programs, trade show and customer events. • Collaborate with Sr Director of Demand Planning and OTB/LOCK management, including new launches and discontinued products. • Measure and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing programs during and post-launch. • Identify differentiation strategies between brick-and-mortar and e-commerce: determine the optimal web product offering in our retail partner sites. • Keep current with the latest e-commerce trends and technology to keep IGK competitive in the retailer.com arena. • Identify areas of new opportunities within the online space and make ROI-based recommendations. • Conceptualize and lead online marketing campaigns, home page & page optimization, and website merchandising in partnership with retailers. • Manage online analytics, including (but not limited to) traffic, conversion, repeat, and understanding sources that drive traffic. • Conduct monthly brand business reviews with Retailers and identify business improvement opportunities and strategies. • Manage monthly and annual OPEX/CAPEX budget • Help to drive new business development • Partner with Assistant Manager of Trade on coordinating market week both in person and virtual; includes scheduling, comps, décor, gratis, and food.
• Experience with Ulta, Target, Sephora, or SalonCentric is a must. • Strong business and analytical acumen. • 10+ years of Business experience in the beauty/ retailer, B&M, and online marketing /e-commerce areas. • Data-focused (website metrics, data analysis, and reporting tools) committed to identifying key avenues for performance channel growth. • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with a high level of detail in a high-pressure environment. • Excellent time-management skills. • Strong interpersonal and computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint • Solid track record of delivering sales growth, managing complexity, building collaborative CEO/CFO/COO level relationships with customers, and growing sales, share, and ROI. • Highly collaborative, comfortable in working independently, a self-starter, have unquestioned integrity, and able to flow seamlessly between "hands-on" detail work to high-level strategy discussions and have a high sense of urgency.
