📋 Description

• Conduct research to identify potential clients within or across targeted industries and maintain an up-to-date client database • Follow up on leads to convert prospects into clients • Support identification of new market segment opportunities for Operational service offerings • Source candidates through advertising roles, searching, and networking with talent in logistics, skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail • Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments for operational and contingent workers • Participate in client meetings to discuss project details, candidate profiles, and search strategy • Provide interview preparation and coaching to candidates applying for operational roles • Communicate with team members to identify needs and evaluate recruiting solutions within Operational Talent Solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Expanded conceptual knowledge and experience in the relevant discipline • Knowledge of company, processes, and customers • Ability to perform structured work assignments • Ability to use existing policies, procedures, or instructions to solve routine or standard problems • Ability to work under supervision and direction from more senior roles • Ability to work within guidelines and policies • Ability to explain factual information of limited complexity in straightforward situations • Experience or knowledge related to client research, lead follow-up, candidate sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, assessments, and operational talent solutions • Ability to work with candidates and clients in logistics, skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail industries
