📋 Description

• Research potential clients within or across targeted industries and maintain an up-to-date client database • Follow up on leads to convert prospects into clients • Identify new market segment opportunities for Operational service offerings • Source candidates through advertising roles, searching, and networking with talent in logistics, skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail • Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments for operational and contingent workers • Participate in client meetings to discuss project details, candidate profiles, and search strategy • Provide interview preparation and coaching to candidates applying for operational roles • Communicate with team members to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions within Operational Talent Solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Expanded conceptual knowledge and experience in own discipline • Knowledge of the company, processes, and customers • Ability to perform structured work assignments related to the discipline • Ability to use existing policies, procedures, or instructions to solve routine or standard problems • Ability to work under supervision and direction from more senior roles • Ability to work within guidelines and policies • Experience or interest in recruiting for logistics, skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail industries • Ability to conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments • Ability to research potential clients and maintain an up-to-date client database
