📋 Description
• Design and deliver scalable, automated CRM programmes that drive candidate engagement • Build sophisticated audience segmentation and targeting strategies across complex datasets • Ensure the right message reaches the right candidate at the right moment • Own performance tracking and insight generation to continuously improve campaign effectiveness • Contribute to the evolution of CRM capability, tooling, and best practice across Talent Marketing
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in CRM, Email, or Lifecycle Marketing • Deep understanding of retention, engagement, and end-to-end lifecycle journeys across Email, SMS, and Whatsapp channels • Ability to translate briefs into actionable campaign journeys • Proficiency in enterprise-level platforms, with an emphasis on technical agility • Expert knowledge of email best practices, including HTML/CSS for email and design systems • Experience building advanced customer and candidate segments to drive personalization • Firm grasp of how CRM data integrates with other platforms • Utilize Excel, Domo, and Google Analytics to measure performance • Highly organized with a 'delivery discipline' • Exceptional written and verbal English skills • Problemsolver mindset
