📋 Description

• Creates detailed candidate profiles for clients by utilizing validated talent pool • Initiate a range of sourcing strategies & activities partnering with sourcing specialists • Matches candidate skills, experiences, and aspirations to client job specifications • Provides a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process • Builds and maintains a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings • Develop and manage the recruitment process for clients through screening and qualifying candidates • Monitors diversity metrics within recruitment processes • Gathers feedback from candidates regarding their recruitment experience • Tracks and reports on the time-to-fill metrics for each role • Develop and maintain relationships with clients

🎯 Requirements

• Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own discipline • Working on Complex ATS (Applicant tracking systems) tools like Workday • Solves a range of problems through applying technical and/or functional experience and guided by precedents • May lead small projects or project steps within a broader project • Works independently, receiving guidance on complex and unprecedented problems
