📋 Description

• Provide technology leadership within the Technology Enterprise leadership chapter and squad-based structure • Lead a squad and its associated customer portfolio • Lead or provide assurance for technology-related project workstreams • Identify and evaluate complex technology solutions against business needs • Monitor quality and keep squad products and services up to date • Share professional knowledge, resources, and best practices across the organisation • Research new solutions, products, and technologies • Create training content and educate the organisation • Develop thought leadership related to the aligned squad and RSR • Direct external suppliers and advise on supplier selection • Coordinate squad-level tasks and deliver outcomes by managing others • Develop short-, medium-, and long-term strategies aligned with business goals • Coach and mentor squad members and colleagues • Establish performance metrics and goals, provide feedback, and assess work quality • Coordinate or provide training to improve skills • Advise internal and external clients on processes and systems • Provide consultancy services to external clients • Handle complex specialist questions and advise leadership and management • Participate in client-facing meetings and deliver presentations • Identify emerging issues, customer needs, stakeholders, causes, and barriers • Translate customer demands into proposals for new products and services • Manage and deliver outcomes for a portfolio of projects while reporting to senior colleagues • Improve workforce processes and organisational expertise • Serve as an organisational point of contact for the area of expertise • Deliver innovative solutions • Support Sales and Solution Design for new RPO/MSP/SOW bids

🎯 Requirements

• University/Post Graduate or equivalent professional and intellectual ability • 5 years of experience in an MSP or RPO business • 3 years of experience with key technology providers • Substantial general work experience and comprehensive job-related experience in the area of expertise • Hands-on experience within the area of expertise • Experience leading and supporting client meetings • Experience delivering public and commercial presentations and webinars • Experience running end-to-end projects with multiple stakeholders and project contributors, including C-suite level • Experience building reports and negotiating with external providers • Experience supervising and directing people and resources to achieve specific results within limited timeframes • Knowledge of technology workstream delivery • Knowledge of Randstad Enterprise products, tools, clients, and processes • Knowledge of leading business technologies, including VMS, CRM, and ATS • Knowledge of the Randstad Enterprise tech stack • Knowledge of Randstad Enterprise back-office processes • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets • Proficiency in Monday.com • Good command of English • Good written communication skills • People management skills • Role must be based in India • Willingness to travel regionally and globally
