• Atender y gestionar las consultas y reclamaciones de los clientes de manera eficiente y profesional. • Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas y duraderas con los clientes. • Identificar oportunidades de upselling y cross-selling. • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros departamentos para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente y la resolución rápida de los problemas. • Proporcionar informes regulares al gerente sobre las métricas de rendimiento y las opiniones de los clientes.
• Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Recursos Humanos u otra carrera afín. • Al menos 2 años de experiencia en un rol similar, preferiblemente en un entorno B2B. • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación en español, tanto escritas como verbales. • Capacidad demostrada para manejar múltiples tareas y prioridades simultáneamente. • Conocimientos básicos de MS Office y CRM. • Disposición a trabajar en un horario flexible para satisfacer las necesidades de nuestros clientes.
