📋 Description

• End-to-end ownership of two e-commerce products in Germany, Sweden, and Norway — including responsibility for KPIs and value • Develop a data-driven product strategy and a clearly prioritized, realistic roadmap • Break down complex problems into clear initiatives, hypotheses, and decision-making foundations • Analytical assessment of funnel performance, A/B tests, user behavior, and market trends • Translate customer, partner, and business requirements into prioritized features and projects • Close collaboration with UX/UI, Engineering, Data, Operations, and international stakeholders • Lead and coordinate at least two cross-functional engineering teams in an agile product setup • Confident communication at management and C-level, including clear decision rationales • Plan and execute international go-lives, rollouts, and experiments — including success measurement • Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, speed, and data-driven working • Regular international travel (DE/SE/NO) to align with markets, partners, and local teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in strategy consulting, digital consulting, or product/project roles in a digital environment • Proven experience managing complex projects or cross-functional teams (ideal: Engineering + Business + UX) • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset (KPIs, funnels, experiments, hypotheses) • Experience working on digital products, customer journeys, or e‑commerce/CX projects (consulting or industry) • Strong communication skills and executive presence — clear messaging, persuasive argumentation, and strong storytelling • Ability to structure, prioritize, and communicate complex topics clearly and precisely • Basic technical understanding (APIs, integrations, platform architectures — consulting-level depth is sufficient) • Excellent English; German at least C1 • Willingness to travel internationally (regularly required) • Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership mentality, and enjoyment in taking responsibility • Understanding of the B2B ↔ B2C interface, including partner structures, internal processes, and end-customer needs
