📋 Description

• Lead a team of 4 engineers + 1 contractor: day-to-day guidance, technical direction, and delivery accountability • Contribute hands-on across the platform stack, this is not a purely managerial role • Define and uphold engineering practices and quality standards within your team • Collaborate closely with product management to scope, plan, and deliver features end-to-end • Identify and address technical risk, dependencies, and blockers early • Support the growth and effectiveness of your team members

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading small engineering teams, including direct technical mentorship • Strong C# background with production experience across multiple projects • Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) • Solid grasp of CI/CD, containerization, and cloud infrastructure • Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into concrete technical plans • Ownership mentality — from design through to production • Fluent English (German or Swedish is a plus)
