🎯 Requirements

•5+ years of professional video production experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing a team of producers and other creative personnel. •Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in producing various video content, particularly music or entertainment. •Deep knowledge and appreciation of pop culture and music. •Passion for hip-hop music is preferred. •While the role is fully remote, we would prefer if this person were based in Los Angeles or New York City in case of onsite coverage during artist interviews.
