📋 Description
• Manage multi-faceted appeals and litigation with a significant impact on our financial services clients • Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive appellate briefs • Present oral argument in appellate courts • Develop legal strategies and provide client recommendations • Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys on complex legal matters • Assist the General Counsel with litigation and related matters
🎯 Requirements
• J.D. and active membership in the Florida Bar • Minimum of 2 years of appellate experience or 5 years of litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in appellate issues • Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills • Experience managing deadlines and caseload • A commitment to diligence, attention to detail, and continuous learning
