📋 Description
• Primarily manages bankruptcy routine matters • Draft and review all pleadings and claims filed in the particular matter • Attends scheduled hearings • Responds to general firm wide bankruptcy inquiries • Review filings on behalf of the clients • Monitoring of all electronic filings (ECFs) • Resolving routine bankruptcy matters such as Motions for Relief, Objections to Confirmation, Proofs of claim, etc. • Regular communication with the client, opposing counsel and the Court
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of bankruptcy experience • Knowledge of bankruptcy rules/laws and general Creditor Rights laws • Law degree – JD • License to practice law in Arizona required
